So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."

There are no seat back TVs and the free streaming service went down repeatedly just like the AC outlet at our seats (there are only two of these for three people). I booked this trip nearly a year in advance, and I am extremely disappointed that I wasn't informed that I was flying a budget airline on a 10 hour flight."

The new touch screan tv's are great to watch but terrible to feel. The person sitting behind me kept hitting buttons for 7 hours, so i didn't get any sleep at all. I was furious!!!! And exhauated. Will not fly with these airlines again nor will reccomend."
