The flight crew seemed to made up for much of the delay by flying faster or more directly so the total flight time did not increase by 30 minutes. Fortunately this was our final flight segment so the delay was not a problem."

After a long while it started working again. It was a long flight to not have entertainment the whole duration of the flight. Besides this little problem it was a very good flight. Boarding by seat number would have been a better idea. Everybody was all over the place getting their bags stored above."

Να είναι στην ώρα της η πτήση. Μεγάλη αναστάτωση δίχως λόγο.
Η παραλαβή αποσκευών είχε μεγάλη καθυστέρηση. Παρέλαβα την βαλίτσα μου μετά από 35 λεπτά αναμονής.

Πλεονεκτήματα: "The flight was completely full so they offered to check in the larger pieces of carry-on luggage for free. On board the plane, the breakfast was really excellent (plane food-wise) and the attendants were very friendly. In terms of comfort, I was lucky to sit in row 3 (yes, that was Economy class), so I actually had some leg room. On my way to Athens, I'd been seated in row 22 and there was no chance to move my legs at all."

Θετικά, ο χρόνος ταξιδιού και η εξυπηρέτηση. Αρνητικά, η μη παροχή φαγητού, έστω ενός πρόχειρου γεύματος (μας έδωσαν ένα σοκολατάκι...), η μη παροχή καφέ, τσαγιού η αναψυκτικού και η απουσία περιεχόμενου διασκέδασης για να περάσει η ώρα της πτήσης.

I wouldn’t have booked a flight with such a short layover had I known how far apart the gates were and that we’d have to go through security again. I would suggest not offering flights with such short layovers."

Έχω δει πολύ καλλίτερο επίπεδο σχετικά πρόσφατα στην Qatar και στην United. Επίσης τα Αγγλικά τους με απαίσια προφορά και ενώ στα Γερμανικά υπήρχε διάρκεια στις ανακοινώσεις στα Αγγλικά ήταν σύντομες. Δεν είχε πολλές επιλογές στην αθλητική διασκέδαση. Θα προτιμούσα να δω (σε επανάληψη) κάποιον επιλεγμένο ποδοσφαιρικό αγώνα. Τα ακουστικά που προσφέρονται λειτουργεί μόνο το ένα κανάλι, δηλαδή ακούς μόνο από το ένα αυτί. !!!"

They have zero customer service and don't seem to care about the customers at all."

We were put in the very last seat and couldn't even fit our legs in. Then when the person in front of me tried to put his seat back I was in so much pain I had to ask him to move it back up. They also wanted to charge us $120 for a bag when our flight was only $100, which was ridiculous! Thankfully the staff was nice enough to waive that fee for us."
