International flights should include entertainment movies at no additional fee."

The weight limit for a carry-on bag was lighter than for other airlines, so I had to check it in and overpay for that. One of my glass souvenirs was broken."

It was an epic ending to a horrible flight experience. Because our flight to Rome was beyond awful, we asked for a free seat upgrade and were told that they are unable to do that. They have zero customer service and don't seem to care about the customers at all."
