It was a 10.5 hr flight and they gave us one meal, a snack and a treat. Not a lot but since we were just sitting it was enough food. We had to stop for a meal on the way home from the airport."

There is little leg room and the cushioning is not enough for a long distance flight. There is no boarding control. People just line up and get on the plane in any order."

I wasn't sure if it was going to make it with me to the final destination. But it did! The head rest blew me away just as i sat. I love to know I can fall asleep and not have neck problems. And everything from the movies to the service to the food was great! My first international yet BEST experience in economy class was all worth it!"

Probably would have missed the connection if our 26 year old son didn't run ahead. Too much drama and no one from swiss air to help. Suggest more time for transfer in the future or someone to guide passengers. We were nit the only ones. However, we did make it as did the others ( luggage too!)so kudos to swiss for waiting"

The crew was helpful in keeping everyone informed and let us know they called the airport staff multiple times for the stairs/buses to get us off and those with connections (me) going. The crew was frustrated too."

Meaning we missed our flight to Austin. Two flights over an hour late in one day. Oh, and we are missing one of our bags."

When I was finally able to ask, they were fully booked."

As opposed to Lufthansa, which is an example of a European carrier that cares about passenger comfort and experience. Also the typical circling of LHR to get a slot is annoying and makes me want to avoid BA."

The flight attendants allowed a group of four passenger to stand during almost the entire flight in the aisles and in my row, making it difficult for people to get around them and didn't allow for an enjoyable flying experience."

British airways has poor communication, poor leadership and no customer service skills. My flight was terrible and I will never be flying on British airways in the future. I will also be telling friends and family about my experience and ensure that they also don't travel on this awful airline."

I will not fly aa next year, because it was a big inconvenience, plus I had to reschedule my work appointment as well and rearrange pick up from airport."
