I had a great flight ✈️

Boarding on both ends was horribly done. Last minute gate assignments, no crew, delay, boarded after coach. Hard bed, no service, crying baby"

I was also impressed with how the controllers and schedulers in London handled the delays so that I had not problem making my connection. And as things turned out, the second leg of the trip went so well that we reached our destination on time despite a one-hour delay."
