Η παραλαβή αποσκευών είχε μεγάλη καθυστέρηση. Παρέλαβα την βαλίτσα μου μετά από 35 λεπτά αναμονής.

Μειονεκτήματα: "Our flight was an hour late causing us to miss our connecting flight to Corfu. Had to spend the night in an Athens hotel 45 minutes from airport. Had 4 hours sleep before returning to Athens airport for morning flight. My luggage did not make it onto the morning flight and did not get delivered to Corfu for over 48 hours. I spent 3 days in the same clothes. Not a pleasant experience."

Μειονεκτήματα: "Wasn’t able to check in on line so I had to check in at the airport. I walked up yo the counter, the customer service lady was on the phone. I had to wait for her to get off. When she did she told me I could check on line. She gave me conflicting info."
Μειονεκτήματα: "Check-in in Munich took way too long. The lines were confusing and the agent opened another lane and took about 30 people who were behind us in line ahead of us."

Μειονεκτήματα: "Η μια υπάλληλος του πληρώματος καμπίνας, με αγένεια και καθόλου διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης. Χαρακτηριστικό παράδειγμα να μην μας βοηθήσει στην τοποθέτηση των μπουφάν μας καθώς πάνω από τις θέσεις μας δεν υπήρχε χώρος γιατί όπως μας ανέφερε είχε τα δικά της πράγματα(βαλίτσα,παλτό)"
Μειονεκτήματα: "Κάτι έχει συμβεί με τα πληρώματα καμπίνας και έχουν γίνει αρκετά πιο αγενείς, αλλά και λιγότερο ασχολούνται με θέματα ασφάλειας πτήσης. Είναι σε κακό δρόμο."

Μειονεκτήματα: "Terrible customer service. Rude and unhelpful. They refused to do a spelling change on my name and forced me to purchase a second ticket. The flight was 25+ minutes late taking off due to lack of organization at passenger check-in. It really is a shame that Agean is pretty much the only option to Istanbul (IST) from Athens."

Planes were loaded from each end of the air craft so didn't take long to get people seated and off. We don't get this service with American or Southwest. Seats were tight."

They spent a fortune in advertisments and then they treat their customers like that. Obviously, nobody told ghem that the best advertisment is the so-called "word of mouth"! I am done with Aegean for good!!! NEVER AGAIM!!!"

Μειονεκτήματα: "Very upset with airline. We arrived 1 hour and 15 mins before flight and was told they oversold our flight and gave away out tickets. That is illegal to do. I want a full refund for our 3 tickets. Our names are Bernard , Judith and Max Levin. We were suppose to leave at 5:30 am and arrive at 7:30 am. Instead, we lost the entire day and did not arrive until late afternoon . This is not right what the airline did to us. I want a refund from our credit card."

On board the plane, the breakfast was really excellent (plane food-wise) and the attendants were very friendly. In terms of comfort, I was lucky to sit in row 3 (yes, that was Economy class), so I actually had some leg room. On my way to Athens, I'd been seated in row 22 and there was no chance to move my legs at all."
