Όλα πήγαν πολύ καλά. Τίποτα άλλο.
Να είναι στην ώρα της η πτήση. Μεγάλη αναστάτωση δίχως λόγο.
Η παραλαβή αποσκευών είχε μεγάλη καθυστέρηση. Παρέλαβα την βαλίτσα μου μετά από 35 λεπτά αναμονής.

My arguments that I do not need any visa was not even listened. They were too lazy even to call to Moscow to specify the rules. 6 hours later they bought for me ticket for Aeroflot to SVO with Aegean cash with their excuses, but I lost my plans including two meetings in Moscow anyway."

Στο onborarding με ενημερωσαν οτι ειναι overbooked και επρεπε να περιμενω καποιον να ακυρώσει τη θέση του, ενώ είχα ήδη αγοράσει το εισιτήριό μου. Στο αεροδρόμιο της Λάρνακας με ενημέρωσαν ότι αυτή είναι μια συνήθης τακτική από τις αεροπορικές εταιρείες. Ωστόσο, θα εκτιμούσα να με ενημερώσουν από πριν ότι υπάρχει θέμα με τις θέσεις της πτήσης ωστε να έχω ηδη σιγουρέψει κι εγώ την πτήση μου με κάποιον τρόπο.
Να μην υπήρχε τόσο θέμα με τα σακίδια

Χρεωθηκαμε 55 ευρώ το άτομο για καθυστέρηση 15 λεπτών για το check in, κ ενώ προσπαθουσαμε να κάνουμε 7 ώρες πριν, από την εφαρμογή της Ryanair που είχε κολλήσει. Το ίδιο σκηνικό κ στην μετάβαση κ στην επιστροφή. Το προσωπικό στο check in απαράδεκτο κ στην εξυπηρέτηση κ στην συμπεριφορά, υποτίθεται ότι είναι εκεί για να κάνουν βοηθούν τους επιβάτες σε οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα κ όχι να ειρωνεύονται κ να αποποιούνται κάθε ευθύνη.
Απλά απαράδεκτη η τακτική της εταιρείας κ το ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα σχετικά με τις επιβιβασεις κ τα check in. Η εφαρμογή για τα check in κολλάει συνεχώς κ για πολλές ώρες κ δεν σε αφήνει να τα πραγματοποιήσεις στην ώρα τους ώστε να σε χρεώσουν κάρτες επιβίβασης, ούτε 10 ούτε 20 άλλα 55 ευρώ το άτομο παρακαλώ!!!
Είχαμε αρκετή ώρα αναμονής στη φυσούνα , πριν από την είσοδο στο σκάφος , αυτό θα μπορούσε να είχε αποφευχθεί με καλύτερη συνεννόηση από τους υπαλλήλους διότι μέσα στους επιβάτες υπήρχαν πολλά μικρά παιδιά ...

During international travel, we don’t check emails. We ended up paying almost $200 to checking at the airport. will not use this airline again."

When we realized what had happened the plane had already boarded (although not yet taxied) and they would not allow us to board. We had to buy another immediate flight and spend 100 euros each unexpectedly. Terrible experience."

I've never had a boarding process take so long, be so inefficient, and the crew be so lacking in customer service. They also were on the PA for almost the entire 50 minute flight trying to sell products which was irritating at best on an 0825 flight. Fly another airline out of Santorini...Ryan air was terrible and the hidden costs for check in and bagggage are ridiculous."
