Put on the spot to give up my seat for a couple with a 6 month old infant due to the fact that the attachable bassinet had to be in front of the D seat. Neither the parent or myself felt very good about my displacement."

Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά.
Θετικά, ο χρόνος ταξιδιού και η εξυπηρέτηση. Αρνητικά, η μη παροχή φαγητού, έστω ενός πρόχειρου γεύματος (μας έδωσαν ένα σοκολατάκι...), η μη παροχή καφέ, τσαγιού η αναψυκτικού και η απουσία περιεχόμενου διασκέδασης για να περάσει η ώρα της πτήσης.

Μειονεκτήματα: "Lufthansa disappointed. Seats were incredibly narrow and in both the airports and in the planes, the ability to charge your phone was poor."
Πλεονεκτήματα: "The plane looked new and clean. The TVs worked well (as opposed to our first flight) and kept our family entertained. The kids meal was prepared in an appealing way for my kids (even though the kids didn't like it some of it - but they tried everything!)."

We were at the gate 8 minutes prior to departure, but United closed the gate right before our noses. Not cool. Horrible experience. My guess is that United has given our seats to someone else. After all United did the same thing to use once before. We will not travel United/Lufthansa again."

Πλεονεκτήματα: "Using United with two flights a day out of Charlotte. A mistake. This is not the first time we had problems with United out of Charlotte. We missed our other flights and sate still in Washington and will lose a day of our vacation. United wouldn’t give us a voucher since it was supposedly weather related so I had to spend additional $100 for a room in DC."

From the two meals served to the alcohol option I didn't choose, to the entertainment options on the screens to the attendants onboard. I can't find one fault with this process. I saved hundreds of dollars through this site! I'm currently only to my original destination and will update when I've returned to American soil."

Because we were the last people who received dinner we didn’t get any choices , food was just poor for both for us but another passengers were satsifeted Crew was fantastic the best ever ,very pleasant, informative , happy to serve us . I love flighting Lufthansa , they have wonderful people working there ."

The luggage was handled very poorly and they broke my Golf Carrier which I bought for $350 in September of 2016. The Airlines wanted to settle for $15 compensation."

Έχω δει πολύ καλλίτερο επίπεδο σχετικά πρόσφατα στην Qatar και στην United. Επίσης τα Αγγλικά τους με απαίσια προφορά και ενώ στα Γερμανικά υπήρχε διάρκεια στις ανακοινώσεις στα Αγγλικά ήταν σύντομες. Δεν είχε πολλές επιλογές στην αθλητική διασκέδαση. Θα προτιμούσα να δω (σε επανάληψη) κάποιον επιλεγμένο ποδοσφαιρικό αγώνα. Τα ακουστικά που προσφέρονται λειτουργεί μόνο το ένα κανάλι, δηλαδή ακούς μόνο από το ένα αυτί. !!!"
Πλεονεκτήματα: "σχετικά ευρύχωρες θέσεις γρήγορη επιβίβαση και καθόλου καθυστέρηση. το κρασί τους (Shiraz από Νότια Αφρική πολύ καλό, και το λευκό (Γερμανικό ρίσλινγκ) επίσης καλό."

Επίσης τα Αγγλικά τους με απαίσια προφορά και ενώ στα Γερμανικά υπήρχε διάρκεια στις ανακοινώσεις στα Αγγλικά ήταν σύντομες."
