Η πτήση μας ήταν σήμερα 6:00πμ εχθες στης 10:30 μ.μ μας ενημέρωσαν πως η πτήση μας θα αναχωρούμε στις 7:30π.μ.Φτασαμε στο αεροδρόμιο στις 6.00πμ και η πτήση είναι αναχώρηση.Η απάντηση τους ήταν απλή χωρίς κανένα ενδιαφέρον πως έπρεπε να είστε εδώ 3 ώρες νωρίτερα.την επόμενη φορά που θα ταξιδέψετε με easy jet να μην ξεχάσετε να στήσετε σκηνή.Απλα τραγική.ετσι χάσαμε και την επόμενη μας πτήση από Αθήνα για Θεσσαλονίκη.
Η πτήση μας ήταν σήμερα 6:00πμ εχθες στης 10:30 μ.μ μας ενημέρωσαν πως η πτήση μας θα αναχωρούμε στις 7:30π.μ.Φτασαμε στο αεροδρόμιο στις 6.00πμ και η πτήση είναι αναχώρηση.Η απάντηση τους ήταν απλή χωρίς κανένα ενδιαφέρον πως έπρεπε να είστε εδώ 3 ώρες νωρίτερα.την επόμενη φορά που θα ταξιδέψετε με easy jet να μην ξεχάσετε να στήσετε σκηνή.Απλα τραγική.ετσι χάσαμε και την επόμενη μας πτήση από Αθήνα για Θεσσαλονίκη.

I was stranded once in London and the company never did a thing to help. Sadly, it's not worth it considering how one gets stranded with no real recourses. Try to get a refund from the company and you know what I'm talking about. Now Norwegian Express, that's another good story."

They initially said Increase would be 90 euro but when I complained that was terrible she lowered to 60. confirming email showed the icrease to 27 for 1 & 21 for the other. Actuals 22.3 & 16 . 3 for the 2nd."

It also took over 40 minutes for the bags from our flight to load onto the baggage carousel. There was NO communication about the bag size/charges,etc. until we arrived at the counter to check in for our flight. They have an agent who monitors bags- you will not sneak by."

Very disappointed and flight was very late."

Χρεωθηκαμε 55 ευρώ το άτομο για καθυστέρηση 15 λεπτών για το check in, κ ενώ προσπαθουσαμε να κάνουμε 7 ώρες πριν, από την εφαρμογή της Ryanair που είχε κολλήσει. Το ίδιο σκηνικό κ στην μετάβαση κ στην επιστροφή. Το προσωπικό στο check in απαράδεκτο κ στην εξυπηρέτηση κ στην συμπεριφορά, υποτίθεται ότι είναι εκεί για να κάνουν βοηθούν τους επιβάτες σε οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα κ όχι να ειρωνεύονται κ να αποποιούνται κάθε ευθύνη.
Απλά απαράδεκτη η τακτική της εταιρείας κ το ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα σχετικά με τις επιβιβασεις κ τα check in. Η εφαρμογή για τα check in κολλάει συνεχώς κ για πολλές ώρες κ δεν σε αφήνει να τα πραγματοποιήσεις στην ώρα τους ώστε να σε χρεώσουν κάρτες επιβίβασης, ούτε 10 ούτε 20 άλλα 55 ευρώ το άτομο παρακαλώ!!!
Είχαμε αρκετή ώρα αναμονής στη φυσούνα , πριν από την είσοδο στο σκάφος , αυτό θα μπορούσε να είχε αποφευχθεί με καλύτερη συνεννόηση από τους υπαλλήλους διότι μέσα στους επιβάτες υπήρχαν πολλά μικρά παιδιά ...
Αν μπορούσαμε να μεταφέρουμε έστω κάποια περισσότερα πράγματα

Μειονεκτήματα: "Έχω έρθει στο αεροδρόμιο της Φρανκφούρτης 15:30 και η πτήση μου ήταν στης 19:15 έκανα όλες της διαδικασίες και στο τέλος μου λένε πριν φύγει ή πτήση δεν έχει άλλες δεση και και τώρα περιμένω εδώ στο αεροδρόμιο μαζί με την γυναίκα μου την επόμενη πτήση μετά από 11 ώρες μία έχουμε μεγάλο στρες μετά από αυτό που μας έκαναν και αυτό είναι η ευθύνη της εταιρείας και θα ζητήσω αποζημίωση για αυτό που μας έκαναν και ακόμα δεν βρήσκο της βαλίτσες μου μού λένε ότι μπορούν να έχουν πάει στην Αθήνα"

Μειονεκτήματα: "- Απαράδεκτη η επιπλέον χρέωση χειραποσκευής - Το πλήρωμα δεν επιβάλλεται στους πελάτες στην επιβίβαση με αποτέλεσμα να γίνονται συνέχεια καθυστερήσεις - Η πτήση από TLV προς PFO δεν επέτρεπε να έχεις κάρτα επιβίβασης από την εφαρμογή και επέβαλε και πρόστιμο αν δεν το είχες τυπώσει. Απλά ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ!"

Μειονεκτήματα: "I purchased the tickets at a good price but when I had to check in, I had to pay extra for early check in and another 7€ for a seat! Considering I bought two tickets for myself and my boyfriend, I ended up paying 40€ more just for check in and seats. This was a rip off. Then the boarding took much more than expected, we waited for 50 minutes standing up in a queue after the gate was announced, we boarded the plane late. The seats are super small and uncomfortable."
