No air controls on this plane - so it was overly warm. 10 hours of overly warm makes for a stinky passenger. Oof."

From the terminal in DCA to Cincinnati, to CDG. Delta/Air France clearly singled her out. i am outraged! I have traveled many, many times and have sent hundreds of students on nearly the same trip -- and none have had as rough a time as she had. They will be hearing from me."

Η πτήση μας ήταν σήμερα 6:00πμ εχθες στης 10:30 μ.μ μας ενημέρωσαν πως η πτήση μας θα αναχωρούμε στις 7:30π.μ.Φτασαμε στο αεροδρόμιο στις 6.00πμ και η πτήση είναι αναχώρηση.Η απάντηση τους ήταν απλή χωρίς κανένα ενδιαφέρον πως έπρεπε να είστε εδώ 3 ώρες νωρίτερα.την επόμενη φορά που θα ταξιδέψετε με easy jet να μην ξεχάσετε να στήσετε σκηνή.Απλα τραγική.ετσι χάσαμε και την επόμενη μας πτήση από Αθήνα για Θεσσαλονίκη.

We left with plenty of time to spare, and because no one at the airline mentioned that delays could be a possibility due to this, we ended up missing our flight."

We were charged an extra 94 euros so like $120 USD. We get on the plane and people were putting away carry on luggage that were a lot bigger than what we had. I am sure it was because we were Americans.. This was the first and last time I fly with this airline..."

No compensation given - they could have at least provided some drink or snacks on the flight! The worst part is that there was very little information or update about the delay and new departure times until almost right before the actually boarding time."
