I asked the male flight attendant about changing airplanes, said our new gate was right next to our arriving gate. He said no problem. He failed to mention we had to go through customs and security again, and walk almost a Kilometer in the process. Fortunately they held the Amsterdam plane because many passengers would have missed it. I did not appreciate the lack of information from the flight attendant, however holding the plane was a godsend."

When I got to checkout they said I had pay for the suitcase. Turns out my flight was economy 'light' flight and I had to go the Austrian airlines desk and pay euro 40 for my suitcase. Wish that would have been clear when I purchased the ticket. Also there is no clear info on what the cost is for your bag at what point in the check-in process."

Μειονεκτήματα: "My checked in baggage did not arrive with me, the staff told me it'll arrive the same day in the evening but it did not and nobody informed me, I only found out after calling them 5 times (which 2 times they hung up on me after putting me on hold). My bag only arrived almost 35 hours after i already landed Hong Kong, without being able to tell me when exactly and made me sit and wait for them to deliver it at mid-night."
