Όλα πήγαν πολύ καλά. Τίποτα άλλο.
Να είναι στην ώρα της η πτήση. Μεγάλη αναστάτωση δίχως λόγο.
Η παραλαβή αποσκευών είχε μεγάλη καθυστέρηση. Παρέλαβα την βαλίτσα μου μετά από 35 λεπτά αναμονής.
Πλεονεκτήματα: "Crew was great. Seats comfortable. Served candy and snack on a 20 minute flight. Amazing. Definitely book a flight rather than ferry from Mykonos to Athens."
Μειονεκτήματα: "Check in was chaotic and unfair with people cutting in line and inefficient lengthy waits. The baggage policy was confusing and a pain to pay the extra cost because you had to go to another counter and wait in line yet again."

Μειονεκτήματα: "Η μια υπάλληλος του πληρώματος καμπίνας, με αγένεια και καθόλου διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης. Χαρακτηριστικό παράδειγμα να μην μας βοηθήσει στην τοποθέτηση των μπουφάν μας καθώς πάνω από τις θέσεις μας δεν υπήρχε χώρος γιατί όπως μας ανέφερε είχε τα δικά της πράγματα(βαλίτσα,παλτό)"

Μειονεκτήματα: "One thing that sticks out the most for me is how rude the airport crew are. A lot of people (including me, at first) were confused about the gate. One knows the gate isn’t always what it says on the boarding pass. Especially if printed from a different airport. Anyway, not knowing that the gate won’t show on the screens until about an hour before departure time, we were asking a lot of the ground staff about which gate etc. They were very rude and dismissive."

They spent a fortune in advertisments and then they treat their customers like that. Obviously, nobody told ghem that the best advertisment is the so-called "word of mouth"! I am done with Aegean for good!!! NEVER AGAIM!!!"

It looks like a long process and involved to get any cash from it, not to mention the real pain of being without power cords, clothes, toiletries etc for the rest of the trip. I will never fly out of Naples again."
Πλεονεκτήματα: "Once we landed in Athens, knowing that our next flight would be taking off in 5 minutes, we thought ther was no way that we'd make it. Instead, they had someone waiting for us when we got off of the flight and someone to run all 11 of us through the airport to the plane. Aegean held the flight because they knew 11 people from the Santorini flight were coming."
Μειονεκτήματα: "Once on the plane, we ended up sitting there for another 30 minutes, even though it was already 20 minutes late waiting for us. When I asked the stewardess whether that meant that our bags were going to make the flight she said she'd have to check. She never came back. I then asked a second girl and she said that she'd have to check and she never came back. I finally asked again before landing and she supposedly went and asked someone and came back and said yes they made it. Got to baggage claim - no bags. We had another flight to catch back to the states, so we didn't have time to figure out the situation. We spent the next three days frantically calling Aegean, to no avail. Their customer service either wouldn't answer or would tell us to call London Heathrow lost and found, who wouldn't answer. Eventually, Delta found our bags and had to work with Lufthansa and their own boots on the ground at LHR to find the bags and get them back to us."

Πλεονεκτήματα: "Gets you from point A to point B. Wasn't expecting the food service was pleasantly surprised by it for a 2 hour flight, you don't get that in the states. Crew was cheerful and generally nice. Captain and pilots communicated well. Smooth flight and gentle landing. Overall better experience than flying domestically in the states in my humble opinion."

Μειονεκτήματα: "At the ticket counter, there was a very rude woman that gave misleading information. We asked if there was an earlier flight we could take and she said no. Then while waiting for our flight, we realized that was not true. There was one an hour and half before ours. She was very curt and practically threw our passports at us. She must have had a terrible day, month, or year. Aegean tic\kety personnel are usual;ly nice and helpful."
Μειονεκτήματα: "Usually this airline makes up for its old planes, poor food, dirty lavatories, etc. by having the nicest and most helpful crew. On this occasion, the crew were surly and unhelpful"
