The line of more than 10 people formed in the aisle trying to go to the lavatories, and the flight attendants would not move even after repeated requests by a parent who had a two year old needing to go. The lavatories were vacant at the time. Why can't they clear out and let people pass through. Never seen this type unaccommodating behavior."

Όλα πήγαν πολύ καλά. Τίποτα άλλο.
Να είναι στην ώρα της η πτήση. Μεγάλη αναστάτωση δίχως λόγο.
Η παραλαβή αποσκευών είχε μεγάλη καθυστέρηση. Παρέλαβα την βαλίτσα μου μετά από 35 λεπτά αναμονής.

However, I miss my original connection due to flight delays and I was added to a different find free of charge! Very grateful and thankful for that."

On board the plane, the breakfast was really excellent (plane food-wise) and the attendants were very friendly. In terms of comfort, I was lucky to sit in row 3 (yes, that was Economy class), so I actually had some leg room. On my way to Athens, I'd been seated in row 22 and there was no chance to move my legs at all."

Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά.
Θετικά, ο χρόνος ταξιδιού και η εξυπηρέτηση. Αρνητικά, η μη παροχή φαγητού, έστω ενός πρόχειρου γεύματος (μας έδωσαν ένα σοκολατάκι...), η μη παροχή καφέ, τσαγιού η αναψυκτικού και η απουσία περιεχόμενου διασκέδασης για να περάσει η ώρα της πτήσης.

Έχω δει πολύ καλλίτερο επίπεδο σχετικά πρόσφατα στην Qatar και στην United. Επίσης τα Αγγλικά τους με απαίσια προφορά και ενώ στα Γερμανικά υπήρχε διάρκεια στις ανακοινώσεις στα Αγγλικά ήταν σύντομες. Δεν είχε πολλές επιλογές στην αθλητική διασκέδαση. Θα προτιμούσα να δω (σε επανάληψη) κάποιον επιλεγμένο ποδοσφαιρικό αγώνα. Τα ακουστικά που προσφέρονται λειτουργεί μόνο το ένα κανάλι, δηλαδή ακούς μόνο από το ένα αυτί. !!!"
Πλεονεκτήματα: "σχετικά ευρύχωρες θέσεις γρήγορη επιβίβαση και καθόλου καθυστέρηση. το κρασί τους (Shiraz από Νότια Αφρική πολύ καλό, και το λευκό (Γερμανικό ρίσλινγκ) επίσης καλό."

Πλεονεκτήματα: "Good customer service , friendly crew, clean plane. I always travel with Lufthansa to Europe and back because I like their professional and friendly crews. They always do very good job."

Μειονεκτήματα: "Walk between connecting flights in Munich was very long (25 minutes) and when we got to the gate for the flight to EWR, there was a very long, and very slow-moving line with only one attendant checking boarding passes for 6 gates. We arrived at the gate and were among the last passengers to board. A last minute additional attendant that was brought on, helped to make the line move a bit faster, but this under-staffed checkpoint added unnecessary stress to our long travel day."

Μειονεκτήματα: "Seat 31G had extra legroom. That was great, but no one told me that it would be a few inches narrower than normal economy. The elbow rest had a single layer and thus couldn't be shared with the adjacent passenger. I'm 220 lbs and he was around the same size. I literally spent the entire flight with my arms crossed to avoid pressing into him. That seat is meant for kids or very thin people. There should be a warning."

Confusing security situation at airport - multiple passport controls and at the final point there was only one check in line for all departing US flights. Since most of these flights left within an hour of each other it was bad news. Once again another chance to stand in line for way too long."

Μειονεκτήματα: "The 24 layover in Chicago with no possible flight out. If I didn't make the rescheduled flight, I would have been at least 48 hours in the airport waiting on another flight. Because I was unfamiliar with the area and was not offered any accommodations, I didn't sleep the entire time I was in Chicago. I also had to stand in line for a very long time and by the time I was done rebooking my flight all the airport restaurants were closed. I understand there are flight cancellations, but it just would have been nice if the airport was a little more accommodating."
