Να είναι στην ώρα της η πτήση. Μεγάλη αναστάτωση δίχως λόγο.
Η παραλαβή αποσκευών είχε μεγάλη καθυστέρηση. Παρέλαβα την βαλίτσα μου μετά από 35 λεπτά αναμονής.

My arguments that I do not need any visa was not even listened. They were too lazy even to call to Moscow to specify the rules. 6 hours later they bought for me ticket for Aeroflot to SVO with Aegean cash with their excuses, but I lost my plans including two meetings in Moscow anyway."

When I stepped out, and asked him can you do this. Very rudely he said, that this passenger is business class. I didn't believe him, so I asked the second manager if this is correct. He didn't do anything about it. When on the plane, the passenger, was sitting behind me in economy class. Shitty service."

In the times we live in, I guess that is to be expected. Glad my stay in Germany wasn't longer. Once again, I am convinced they are more like robots than humans."

British Airways did not provide the customer service that one would expect from a first class airline; i was disappointed."

Fliegen von Tirana nach Düsseldorf ist so einfach, nur ein bisschen Geduld im Bundes Polizei pas zu kontrollieren. Ungefähr 4 min in Tirana und 6 bis 7 Minuten in Düsseldorf.
