Η παραλαβή αποσκευών είχε μεγάλη καθυστέρηση. Παρέλαβα την βαλίτσα μου μετά από 35 λεπτά αναμονής.

Θετικά, ο χρόνος ταξιδιού και η εξυπηρέτηση. Αρνητικά, η μη παροχή φαγητού, έστω ενός πρόχειρου γεύματος (μας έδωσαν ένα σοκολατάκι...), η μη παροχή καφέ, τσαγιού η αναψυκτικού και η απουσία περιεχόμενου διασκέδασης για να περάσει η ώρα της πτήσης.

No customer service to ensure passengers know which gates to go through and if passenger has chance of making flight. Θα προτιμούσα να δω (σε επανάληψη) κάποιον επιλεγμένο ποδοσφαιρικό αγώνα. Τα ακουστικά που προσφέρονται λειτουργεί μόνο το ένα κανάλι, δηλαδή ακούς μόνο από το ένα αυτί. !!!"

Έχω δει πολύ καλλίτερο επίπεδο σχετικά πρόσφατα στην Qatar και στην United. Επίσης τα Αγγλικά τους με απαίσια προφορά και ενώ στα Γερμανικά υπήρχε διάρκεια στις ανακοινώσεις στα Αγγλικά ήταν σύντομες."

Η πτήση μας ήταν σήμερα 6:00πμ εχθες στης 10:30 μ.μ μας ενημέρωσαν πως η πτήση μας θα αναχωρούμε στις 7:30π.μ.Φτασαμε στο αεροδρόμιο στις 6.00πμ και η πτήση είναι αναχώρηση.Η απάντηση τους ήταν απλή χωρίς κανένα ενδιαφέρον πως έπρεπε να είστε εδώ 3 ώρες νωρίτερα.την επόμενη φορά που θα ταξιδέψετε με easy jet να μην ξεχάσετε να στήσετε σκηνή.Απλα τραγική.ετσι χάσαμε και την επόμενη μας πτήση από Αθήνα για Θεσσαλονίκη.

Μειονεκτήματα: "Seriously now, the line, the attitude, the delays, the lack of information, is not "low cost". I fly some low cost companies but easyJet needs to improve. I was stranded once in London and the company never did a thing to help. Sadly, it's not worth it considering how one gets stranded with no real recourses. Try to get a refund from the company and you know what I'm talking about. Now Norwegian Express, that's another good story."

There was not enough time before flight to get someone in charge to talk to so we paid to check 2 bags."
