Μειονεκτήματα: "While I was on line to board, a flight assistant came to me and asked me if I was flying by myself. When I said yes. they upgraded me to business class. I boarded the plane and took my seat. Shortly before taking off, another flight attendant came to me, told me they made a mistake, and sent me back to my original economy seat (while I was holding my new business boarding pass that they gave me). When I told them they should remedy somehow their mistake, they said they did not have any other extra seat in business and that there was nothing they could do. They did not apologize. They were quite unprofessional and rude. I fly often and I have never experienced something so unprofessional and rude. Alitalia is far better than Swissair in terms of professionalism and of politeness. I will always discourage anyone from flying Swissair. Worst company ever."

Θετικά, ο χρόνος ταξιδιού και η εξυπηρέτηση. Αρνητικά, η μη παροχή φαγητού, έστω ενός πρόχειρου γεύματος (μας έδωσαν ένα σοκολατάκι...), η μη παροχή καφέ, τσαγιού η αναψυκτικού και η απουσία περιεχόμενου διασκέδασης για να περάσει η ώρα της πτήσης.

Actually about 5 Boarding areas were down no one was available to give direction or answer questions until you got To the front of the line and many had to be sent then to a different line. Bad enough the terminals were down but not even close to German efficiency in handling the problem. Also several of the stewards were rather surly and short"

I was sent to the Lufthansa counter, which didn’t open until 11:30, when I should have gone to the United counter. An hour of my time was wasted, which almost resulted in my missing the one-hour before take-off check-in deadline. The only reason I didn’t miss the deadline was because the flight was late taking off."

Έχω δει πολύ καλλίτερο επίπεδο σχετικά πρόσφατα στην Qatar και στην United. Επίσης τα Αγγλικά τους με απαίσια προφορά και ενώ στα Γερμανικά υπήρχε διάρκεια στις ανακοινώσεις στα Αγγλικά ήταν σύντομες. Δεν είχε πολλές επιλογές στην αθλητική διασκέδαση. Θα προτιμούσα να δω (σε επανάληψη) κάποιον επιλεγμένο ποδοσφαιρικό αγώνα. Τα ακουστικά που προσφέρονται λειτουργεί μόνο το ένα κανάλι, δηλαδή ακούς μόνο από το ένα αυτί. !!!"
Πλεονεκτήματα: "σχετικά ευρύχωρες θέσεις γρήγορη επιβίβαση και καθόλου καθυστέρηση. το κρασί τους (Shiraz από Νότια Αφρική πολύ καλό, και το λευκό (Γερμανικό ρίσλινγκ) επίσης καλό."

I barely made my next flight and that's only because I ran since the boarding time is about 30 minutes before the flight leaves. Their "minimum layover time" needs to be lengthened. I'd like to know if any of the people who make that decision have ever tried to make a flight with such a short layover."

But the ground crew and American Airlines worked very hard to compensate all the passengers: gave us each a voucher for hotel, 2 meals, round trip shuttle ride for hotel and airport. Good work to make up for a bad situation."
