Όλα πήγαν πολύ καλά. Τίποτα άλλο.
Να είναι στην ώρα της η πτήση. Μεγάλη αναστάτωση δίχως λόγο.
Η παραλαβή αποσκευών είχε μεγάλη καθυστέρηση. Παρέλαβα την βαλίτσα μου μετά από 35 λεπτά αναμονής.

Anyway, not knowing that the gate won’t show on the screens until about an hour before departure time, we were asking a lot of the ground staff about which gate etc. They were very rude and dismissive."

For almost 48 hours, I have been very worried that I will need to go through an expensive law suite. The whole issue was cause because of overbooking. I was asked to be on a waiting list with my luggage. When I was boarding I specifically asked the local crew whether my luggage is on board as well and I was answered definitely "YES"."

On my way to Athens, I'd been seated in row 22 and there was no chance to move my legs at all."

Θετικά, ο χρόνος ταξιδιού και η εξυπηρέτηση. Αρνητικά, η μη παροχή φαγητού, έστω ενός πρόχειρου γεύματος (μας έδωσαν ένα σοκολατάκι...), η μη παροχή καφέ, τσαγιού η αναψυκτικού και η απουσία περιεχόμενου διασκέδασης για να περάσει η ώρα της πτήσης.

Θα προτιμούσα να δω (σε επανάληψη) κάποιον επιλεγμένο ποδοσφαιρικό αγώνα. Τα ακουστικά που προσφέρονται λειτουργεί μόνο το ένα κανάλι, δηλαδή ακούς μόνο από το ένα αυτί. !!!"

Πλεονεκτήματα: "I enjoyed how smooth the whole flying went in the Lufthansa plane, also how quite was inside the plane compare to other airlines airplanes. I love the leg room in the plane. I impressed with the level of commitment to take passenger out the airport on time. It has definitely one of the smoothest and nice plane I have ever been so far."

Fliegen von Tirana nach Düsseldorf ist so einfach, nur ein bisschen Geduld im Bundes Polizei pas zu kontrollieren. Ungefähr 4 min in Tirana und 6 bis 7 Minuten in Düsseldorf.

Η πτήση μας ήταν σήμερα 6:00πμ εχθες στης 10:30 μ.μ μας ενημέρωσαν πως η πτήση μας θα αναχωρούμε στις 7:30π.μ.Φτασαμε στο αεροδρόμιο στις 6.00πμ και η πτήση είναι αναχώρηση.Η απάντηση τους ήταν απλή χωρίς κανένα ενδιαφέρον πως έπρεπε να είστε εδώ 3 ώρες νωρίτερα.την επόμενη φορά που θα ταξιδέψετε με easy jet να μην ξεχάσετε να στήσετε σκηνή.Απλα τραγική.ετσι χάσαμε και την επόμενη μας πτήση από Αθήνα για Θεσσαλονίκη.

The XL seats were worth it for the leg room and extra small bag."

I am sure it was because we were Americans.. This was the first and last time I fly with this airline..."

We were put in the very last seat and couldn't even fit our legs in. Then when the person in front of me tried to put his seat back I was in so much pain I had to ask him to move it back up. They also wanted to charge us $120 for a bag when our flight was only $100, which was ridiculous! Thankfully the staff was nice enough to waive that fee for us."

Then on board water is 3 euro for a small bottle. Only toilet paper was for free . never again !!!"

Also, only 8 kilos allowed as carry-on, mine was small enough but too heavy... :( Boarding in TXL was crowded with other flights leaving in the same area, but we got on with no problems."
