Η φιλική συμπεριφορά του πληρώματος . Το φαγητό θα μπορούσε να ειναι καλύτερο μ
Όλα πήγαν πολύ καλά. Τίποτα άλλο.
Να είναι στην ώρα της η πτήση. Μεγάλη αναστάτωση δίχως λόγο.
Η παραλαβή αποσκευών είχε μεγάλη καθυστέρηση. Παρέλαβα την βαλίτσα μου μετά από 35 λεπτά αναμονής.

My arguments that I do not need any visa was not even listened. They were too lazy even to call to Moscow to specify the rules. 6 hours later they bought for me ticket for Aeroflot to SVO with Aegean cash with their excuses, but I lost my plans including two meetings in Moscow anyway."

Πλεονεκτήματα: "Once we landed in Athens, knowing that our next flight would be taking off in 5 minutes, we thought ther was no way that we'd make it. Instead, they had someone waiting for us when we got off of the flight and someone to run all 11 of us through the airport to the plane. Aegean held the flight because they knew 11 people from the Santorini flight were coming."
Μειονεκτήματα: "Once on the plane, we ended up sitting there for another 30 minutes, even though it was already 20 minutes late waiting for us. When I asked the stewardess whether that meant that our bags were going to make the flight she said she'd have to check. She never came back. I then asked a second girl and she said that she'd have to check and she never came back. I finally asked again before landing and she supposedly went and asked someone and came back and said yes they made it. Got to baggage claim - no bags. We had another flight to catch back to the states, so we didn't have time to figure out the situation. We spent the next three days frantically calling Aegean, to no avail. Their customer service either wouldn't answer or would tell us to call London Heathrow lost and found, who wouldn't answer. Eventually, Delta found our bags and had to work with Lufthansa and their own boots on the ground at LHR to find the bags and get them back to us."

For almost 48 hours, I have been very worried that I will need to go through an expensive law suite. The whole issue was cause because of overbooking. I was asked to be on a waiting list with my luggage. When I was boarding I specifically asked the local crew whether my luggage is on board as well and I was answered definitely "YES"."

Once on board, the staff were great and did their best to accommodate this business traveller. The return flight was standard on terms of food and service, nothing special, nothing bad. The checking was another story, with lots of confusion and missed opportunities to make a difference. Mixed bag, overall."

A lot of empty seats and we asked to be moved to a different seat but was not accommodated. I would suggest Providing earplugs to the passengers. On our return trip we were in route to. A little bit less noise, but still need your plugs. On our return trip the luggage took a long time to reach baggage claim, but 40 minutes. The flight was only 15 minutes long."

Μειονεκτήματα: "Had a horrible experience when my checked baggage was delayed on both my outward and return flights! And I got them after 2 day for the outward flight and after 3 days for the return flight. So that ruined my vacation. Very disappointed! :("
Χρεωθηκαμε 55 ευρώ το άτομο για καθυστέρηση 15 λεπτών για το check in, κ ενώ προσπαθουσαμε να κάνουμε 7 ώρες πριν, από την εφαρμογή της Ryanair που είχε κολλήσει. Το ίδιο σκηνικό κ στην μετάβαση κ στην επιστροφή. Το προσωπικό στο check in απαράδεκτο κ στην εξυπηρέτηση κ στην συμπεριφορά, υποτίθεται ότι είναι εκεί για να κάνουν βοηθούν τους επιβάτες σε οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα κ όχι να ειρωνεύονται κ να αποποιούνται κάθε ευθύνη.
Απλά απαράδεκτη η τακτική της εταιρείας κ το ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα σχετικά με τις επιβιβασεις κ τα check in. Η εφαρμογή για τα check in κολλάει συνεχώς κ για πολλές ώρες κ δεν σε αφήνει να τα πραγματοποιήσεις στην ώρα τους ώστε να σε χρεώσουν κάρτες επιβίβασης, ούτε 10 ούτε 20 άλλα 55 ευρώ το άτομο παρακαλώ!!!
Είχαμε αρκετή ώρα αναμονής στη φυσούνα , πριν από την είσοδο στο σκάφος , αυτό θα μπορούσε να είχε αποφευχθεί με καλύτερη συνεννόηση από τους υπαλλήλους διότι μέσα στους επιβάτες υπήρχαν πολλά μικρά παιδιά ...
Αν μπορούσαμε να μεταφέρουμε έστω κάποια περισσότερα πράγματα

Μειονεκτήματα: "Έχω έρθει στο αεροδρόμιο της Φρανκφούρτης 15:30 και η πτήση μου ήταν στης 19:15 έκανα όλες της διαδικασίες και στο τέλος μου λένε πριν φύγει ή πτήση δεν έχει άλλες δεση και και τώρα περιμένω εδώ στο αεροδρόμιο μαζί με την γυναίκα μου την επόμενη πτήση μετά από 11 ώρες μία έχουμε μεγάλο στρες μετά από αυτό που μας έκαναν και αυτό είναι η ευθύνη της εταιρείας και θα ζητήσω αποζημίωση για αυτό που μας έκαναν και ακόμα δεν βρήσκο της βαλίτσες μου μού λένε ότι μπορούν να έχουν πάει στην Αθήνα"

Nothing was complimentary and food we purchased was gross. Will never fly Ryanair again!"
