Πλεονεκτήματα: "I really liked the "About my flight" application on the viewing screens because it always gave me an idea of what we were flying over and how much longer we woulld be in the air. The food was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised that I could have wine with dinner or any time the attendants offered beveragess. The attendants were always professional and helpful. They all were fluent in English as well as several other languages. It was a nice touch when the attendant wore white gloves when he or she was collecting passengers' trash after meals and/or beverage service. I loved the cheese that was served at dinner."

The video/television screens in our row were broken the entire flight. The attendants kept telling us they would be fixed soon and they never were. There was one attendant who was nice and the rest were rude and unhelpful. We arrived in Boston 2 1/2 hours late. Terrible experience."

Όλα πήγαν πολύ καλά. Τίποτα άλλο.
Να είναι στην ώρα της η πτήση. Μεγάλη αναστάτωση δίχως λόγο.
Η παραλαβή αποσκευών είχε μεγάλη καθυστέρηση. Παρέλαβα την βαλίτσα μου μετά από 35 λεπτά αναμονής.

Had 4 hours sleep before returning to Athens airport for morning flight. My luggage did not make it onto the morning flight and did not get delivered to Corfu for over 48 hours. I spent 3 days in the same clothes. Not a pleasant experience."

Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά.
Θετικά, ο χρόνος ταξιδιού και η εξυπηρέτηση. Αρνητικά, η μη παροχή φαγητού, έστω ενός πρόχειρου γεύματος (μας έδωσαν ένα σοκολατάκι...), η μη παροχή καφέ, τσαγιού η αναψυκτικού και η απουσία περιεχόμενου διασκέδασης για να περάσει η ώρα της πτήσης.
