Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά.
Θετικά, ο χρόνος ταξιδιού και η εξυπηρέτηση. Αρνητικά, η μη παροχή φαγητού, έστω ενός πρόχειρου γεύματος (μας έδωσαν ένα σοκολατάκι...), η μη παροχή καφέ, τσαγιού η αναψυκτικού και η απουσία περιεχόμενου διασκέδασης για να περάσει η ώρα της πτήσης.
Μειονεκτήματα: "I got overcharged for a bag $230 Dollars, both planes were delayed, the supervisor Danny at Ohare was horrible, will never use Lufthansa ever again!"
Πλεονεκτήματα: "Plane ride was very smooth. I was particular about the type of plane. Fly-by-wire planes(mostly built by Airbus) tend to be smooth sailing"

Μειονεκτήματα: "I was very irritated and angry about the checking in procedure at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris. Lufthansa representatives were extremely slow and inefficient. I already performed the check in online. What is the purpose of online check in if I had to wait in line almost an hour only to drop off my luggage???!! Very unpleasant experience."

Έχω δει πολύ καλλίτερο επίπεδο σχετικά πρόσφατα στην Qatar και στην United. Επίσης τα Αγγλικά τους με απαίσια προφορά και ενώ στα Γερμανικά υπήρχε διάρκεια στις ανακοινώσεις στα Αγγλικά ήταν σύντομες. Δεν είχε πολλές επιλογές στην αθλητική διασκέδαση. Θα προτιμούσα να δω (σε επανάληψη) κάποιον επιλεγμένο ποδοσφαιρικό αγώνα. Τα ακουστικά που προσφέρονται λειτουργεί μόνο το ένα κανάλι, δηλαδή ακούς μόνο από το ένα αυτί. !!!"
Πλεονεκτήματα: "σχετικά ευρύχωρες θέσεις γρήγορη επιβίβαση και καθόλου καθυστέρηση. το κρασί τους (Shiraz από Νότια Αφρική πολύ καλό, και το λευκό (Γερμανικό ρίσλινγκ) επίσης καλό."

Μειονεκτήματα: "The airplane left Barcelona late and arrived in Frankfurt late. Lufthansa only allowed a 45 minute layover in Frankfurt to catch our connecting flight to Seattle. Because we arrived late - we only had 20 minutes to catch our connecting flight to Seattle. What made this an awful experience is that the flight from Barcelona landed at Gate A - our connecting flight was at Gate Z. This was as about as far away from each gate as you could get. This was over a mile to run in order to catch our connecting flight - I hurt my hamstring during the run. The Lufthansa "assisting agent" in the Frankfurt terminal was less than helpful and laughed when we told her where our connecting gate was. Not only did she laugh but she did not offer any assistance to get us to the gate on time. Prior to our trip - I called Lufthansa and voiced my concern that a 45 minute layover for an international flight was not a lot of time for us to make a connecting flight. The agent I spoke with said that legally - 45 minutes was a standard lay over for Lufthansa and she did not offer me any alternatives. This was not a pleasant experience with Lufthansa and I doubt we will fly with you again."
