- Δεν υπάρχει σιδηροδρομικός σταθμός που να εξυπηρετεί τους επισκέπτες στο αεροδρόμιο της Βενετίας. Για να συνδεθείς με άλλους προορισμούς μέσω τρένου, θα πρέπει πρώτα να φτάσεις είτε στο σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό Venice Mestre (10 χλμ.), είτε στο σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό Santa Lucia (7 χλμ.).
- Στο αεροδρόμιο Marco Polo (VCE) της Βενετίας, έχουν δημιουργηθεί, υπό την αιγίδα της UNICEF, αίθουσες θηλασμού που ονομάζονται Baby Pit-Stop. Θα τις βρεις σε τέσσερα διαφορετικά σημεία εντός του τερματικού σταθμού. Οι αίθουσες αυτές αλλά και ορισμένες από τις γυναίκειες τουαλέτες διαθέτουν επίσης αλλαξιέρες.
- Το κοντινότερο νησί της ενετικής λιμνοθάλασσας από το αεροδρόμιο είναι το Murano. Μπορείς να επιβιβαστείς στη μπλε γραμμή των θαλάσσιων ταξί από τη μαρίνα του Marco Polo και να φτάσεις μέσα σε μόλις 40 λεπτά στο υπέροχο αυτό μέρος. Η ίδια γραμμή καταλήγει στο νησί Lido.
- Το αεροδρόμιo Marco Polo δεν κινδυνεύει άμεσα από τα πλημμυρικά φαινόμενα που παρατηρούνται στη Βενετία αφού δεν έχει σημειωθεί κανένα σχετικό περιστατικό τα τελευταία χρόνια. Όταν σημειώνονται υψηλές παλίρροιες που προκαλούν πλημμύρες στη Βενετία, ενδέχεται να διακοπεί προσωρινά η κυκλοφορία των πλοίων από και προς το αεροδρόμιο αλλά οι πτήσεις φθάνουν και αναχωρούν κανονικά.

They let us wait two hours for luggage before telling us it wasn't going to make it in. Frustrated and disappointed! Ground security in Turkey was rude and took my sons skate board which we had flown to Israel with and back to turkey, then they told us it couldn't come with us to miami although we flew Turkish both directions with no problem. In the end gate staff went and rescued his skate board from security as he got to the flight crying his little eyes out. Communication was terrible and staff was rude!"

That made it spacious coupled with a relaxed pace of passengers and crew. The lunch served was quite tasty and satisfying. No hassles about carryons weight or size. My arguments that I do not need any visa was not even listened. They were too lazy even to call to Moscow to specify the rules. 6 hours later they bought for me ticket for Aeroflot to SVO with Aegean cash with their excuses, but I lost my plans including two meetings in Moscow anyway."

Due to this reason we had have to buy new tickets at the airport ticketing counter. So please sort out your problem with the airline and get back to me. From my bank the payment has been done yet to you. We had have double pay for one trip."
