Όλα πήγαν πολύ καλά. Τίποτα άλλο.
Να είναι στην ώρα της η πτήση. Μεγάλη αναστάτωση δίχως λόγο.
Η παραλαβή αποσκευών είχε μεγάλη καθυστέρηση. Παρέλαβα την βαλίτσα μου μετά από 35 λεπτά αναμονής.

My arguments that I do not need any visa was not even listened. They were too lazy even to call to Moscow to specify the rules. 6 hours later they bought for me ticket for Aeroflot to SVO with Aegean cash with their excuses, but I lost my plans including two meetings in Moscow anyway."

One knows the gate isn’t always what it says on the boarding pass. Especially if printed from a different airport. Anyway, not knowing that the gate won’t show on the screens until about an hour before departure time, we were asking a lot of the ground staff about which gate etc. They were very rude and dismissive."

They spent a fortune in advertisments and then they treat their customers like that. Obviously, nobody told ghem that the best advertisment is the so-called "word of mouth"! I am done with Aegean for good!!! NEVER AGAIM!!!"

In terms of comfort, I was lucky to sit in row 3 (yes, that was Economy class), so I actually had some leg room. On my way to Athens, I'd been seated in row 22 and there was no chance to move my legs at all."

Η πτήση μας ήταν σήμερα 6:00πμ εχθες στης 10:30 μ.μ μας ενημέρωσαν πως η πτήση μας θα αναχωρούμε στις 7:30π.μ.Φτασαμε στο αεροδρόμιο στις 6.00πμ και η πτήση είναι αναχώρηση.Η απάντηση τους ήταν απλή χωρίς κανένα ενδιαφέρον πως έπρεπε να είστε εδώ 3 ώρες νωρίτερα.την επόμενη φορά που θα ταξιδέψετε με easy jet να μην ξεχάσετε να στήσετε σκηνή.Απλα τραγική.ετσι χάσαμε και την επόμενη μας πτήση από Αθήνα για Θεσσαλονίκη.

Μειονεκτήματα: "Seriously now, the line, the attitude, the delays, the lack of information, is not "low cost". I fly some low cost companies but easyJet needs to improve. I was stranded once in London and the company never did a thing to help. Sadly, it's not worth it considering how one gets stranded with no real recourses. Try to get a refund from the company and you know what I'm talking about. Now Norwegian Express, that's another good story."

I have never been as scared or insulted as I was on this flight...and will NEVER fly on easy jet or from Stansted again....."

This was completely unacceptable because we needed to be in Milan by 1pm for an international flight leaving st 3:40pm to New York so we could get home. The manager who came to help was worthless and said it wasn't his problem if we missed our flight from Milan to New York. The customer service agent at the desk was so much more helpful and ensured that we received four tickets. Apart from the near panic of not getting our flight it was also delayed 1 hour 15 minutes so we were worried about being late for our flight in Milan"
