We were a party of eight and arrived for boarding very close to deadline (minus posted delays) At the boarding gate we were met by six other passengers. The gate was vacant and closed. The real problem happened at the Turkish Airlines desk where we were treated with arrogance, disdain and absolutely no compassion. AS a matter of fact some of the Turkish Airlines staff smiled as they imposed an outrageous fine to purchase tickets to the next flight and continuation of our previous booking. We intend to protest the charges and contact thru many forms of media inform as many fellow travellers of the incident and subsequent treatment by Turkish Airlines. Social media is a powerful tool and although the cards were held in their favor the night of 9-21-17 our protest will not end here. We are fourteen wounded travellers that have agreed to use as many forms of social media as possible to get our message out."

I spent over $40 international calls just to reschedule my flight, only to have to take a $80 cab to the airport to have a human help me. Worst customer service and worst experience. I was trying to get home after a natural disaster struck my hometown and Turkish Airlines actually made that experience even worse. At no point did anyone even apologize for cancelling two of my flights without another option until a full week later. I had to pay to fly myself home from Boston because they were so unhelpful. Would never recommend Turkish Airlines to anyone I know whn traveling internationally."

Θετικά, ο χρόνος ταξιδιού και η εξυπηρέτηση. Αρνητικά, η μη παροχή φαγητού, έστω ενός πρόχειρου γεύματος (μας έδωσαν ένα σοκολατάκι...), η μη παροχή καφέ, τσαγιού η αναψυκτικού και η απουσία περιεχόμενου διασκέδασης για να περάσει η ώρα της πτήσης.

She sarcastically told me that "I am not Americanaki" - a derogatory expression used by those in Greece who consider the Americans naive."

During the flight I was thinking this was literally the best transatlantic flight I've ever had, and if I can make it work with my schedule and cost constraints I'm going to fly Lufthansa every time. I should have captured the economy classes crews names, but it was 414 from Munich to Dulles on 25 May--they were truly outstanding."

Έχω δει πολύ καλλίτερο επίπεδο σχετικά πρόσφατα στην Qatar και στην United. Επίσης τα Αγγλικά τους με απαίσια προφορά και ενώ στα Γερμανικά υπήρχε διάρκεια στις ανακοινώσεις στα Αγγλικά ήταν σύντομες. Δεν είχε πολλές επιλογές στην αθλητική διασκέδαση. Θα προτιμούσα να δω (σε επανάληψη) κάποιον επιλεγμένο ποδοσφαιρικό αγώνα. Τα ακουστικά που προσφέρονται λειτουργεί μόνο το ένα κανάλι, δηλαδή ακούς μόνο από το ένα αυτί. !!!"
Πλεονεκτήματα: "σχετικά ευρύχωρες θέσεις γρήγορη επιβίβαση και καθόλου καθυστέρηση. το κρασί τους (Shiraz από Νότια Αφρική πολύ καλό, και το λευκό (Γερμανικό ρίσλινγκ) επίσης καλό."

No wonder people are not AC fans. Understandable to say the least."

Χρεωθηκαμε 55 ευρώ το άτομο για καθυστέρηση 15 λεπτών για το check in, κ ενώ προσπαθουσαμε να κάνουμε 7 ώρες πριν, από την εφαρμογή της Ryanair που είχε κολλήσει. Το ίδιο σκηνικό κ στην μετάβαση κ στην επιστροφή. Το προσωπικό στο check in απαράδεκτο κ στην εξυπηρέτηση κ στην συμπεριφορά, υποτίθεται ότι είναι εκεί για να κάνουν βοηθούν τους επιβάτες σε οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα κ όχι να ειρωνεύονται κ να αποποιούνται κάθε ευθύνη.
Απλά απαράδεκτη η τακτική της εταιρείας κ το ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα σχετικά με τις επιβιβασεις κ τα check in. Η εφαρμογή για τα check in κολλάει συνεχώς κ για πολλές ώρες κ δεν σε αφήνει να τα πραγματοποιήσεις στην ώρα τους ώστε να σε χρεώσουν κάρτες επιβίβασης, ούτε 10 ούτε 20 άλλα 55 ευρώ το άτομο παρακαλώ!!!
Είχαμε αρκετή ώρα αναμονής στη φυσούνα , πριν από την είσοδο στο σκάφος , αυτό θα μπορούσε να είχε αποφευχθεί με καλύτερη συνεννόηση από τους υπαλλήλους διότι μέσα στους επιβάτες υπήρχαν πολλά μικρά παιδιά ...
Αν μπορούσαμε να μεταφέρουμε έστω κάποια περισσότερα πράγματα

Instead of contacting her or letting her know what was happening, Ryanair cancelled her flight. We got to the airport and they were not understanding and would not let her board, although they could see that her reservation once existed, and they just canceled it without her knowledge. We were forced to board the flight while she waited for another one in Athens."

Not only have I never ever had hat happen to me on any respectable airline but we took Vueling from Mykonos to Rome and they included the bag and they printed the boarding passes for free as all other customer friendly airlines. Never again!! Horrible customer service."
