It was 87 degrees on the flight and we spent almost 2 hours in that heat on the plane between the actual flight time and just sitting on the runway for an hour. Nothing was done to accommodate for the heat. I’m 5 months pregnant and felt unsafe. Everyone on the flight was suffering. It was inhumane conditions. I will NEVER fly with this company again."

The baggage policy is very unreasonable and I had to pay extra even though my kayak confirmation says 23 kg per passenger clearly! I showed the representative and they said to deal with it from the "vendor" I used to book! Very disappointed with sky express!"
