When I got to checkout they said I had pay for the suitcase. Turns out my flight was economy 'light' flight and I had to go the Austrian airlines desk and pay euro 40 for my suitcase. Wish that would have been clear when I purchased the ticket. Also there is no clear info on what the cost is for your bag at what point in the check-in process."

Να είναι στην ώρα της η πτήση. Μεγάλη αναστάτωση δίχως λόγο.
Η παραλαβή αποσκευών είχε μεγάλη καθυστέρηση. Παρέλαβα την βαλίτσα μου μετά από 35 λεπτά αναμονής.

For almost 48 hours, I have been very worried that I will need to go through an expensive law suite. The whole issue was cause because of overbooking. I was asked to be on a waiting list with my luggage. When I was boarding I specifically asked the local crew whether my luggage is on board as well and I was answered definitely "YES"."

Πλεονεκτήματα: "Gets you from point A to point B. Wasn't expecting the food service was pleasantly surprised by it for a 2 hour flight, you don't get that in the states. Crew was cheerful and generally nice. Captain and pilots communicated well. Smooth flight and gentle landing. Overall better experience than flying domestically in the states in my humble opinion."

Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά.
Θετικά, ο χρόνος ταξιδιού και η εξυπηρέτηση. Αρνητικά, η μη παροχή φαγητού, έστω ενός πρόχειρου γεύματος (μας έδωσαν ένα σοκολατάκι...), η μη παροχή καφέ, τσαγιού η αναψυκτικού και η απουσία περιεχόμενου διασκέδασης για να περάσει η ώρα της πτήσης.

Μειονεκτήματα: "Lufthansa has poor boarding process causing a delay in our flight. Because our next connection flight (ALSO THROUGH LUFTHANSA) was in 40 mins per their booking, we arrived at the gate just prior to take off to find our flight had been given away and we had “missed” that flight. As a result, we were placed on a flight 4 hours later, resulting in a dangerous attempt at reaching our hotel at 11pm. Will never fly Lufthansa again."

So I had to be routed to Munich to catch a 10:30 pm flight, which arrives at 3 am Sunday. So I wasted the entire day, starved, exhausted."

Έχω δει πολύ καλλίτερο επίπεδο σχετικά πρόσφατα στην Qatar και στην United. Επίσης τα Αγγλικά τους με απαίσια προφορά και ενώ στα Γερμανικά υπήρχε διάρκεια στις ανακοινώσεις στα Αγγλικά ήταν σύντομες. Δεν είχε πολλές επιλογές στην αθλητική διασκέδαση. Θα προτιμούσα να δω (σε επανάληψη) κάποιον επιλεγμένο ποδοσφαιρικό αγώνα. Τα ακουστικά που προσφέρονται λειτουργεί μόνο το ένα κανάλι, δηλαδή ακούς μόνο από το ένα αυτί. !!!"
Πλεονεκτήματα: "σχετικά ευρύχωρες θέσεις γρήγορη επιβίβαση και καθόλου καθυστέρηση. το κρασί τους (Shiraz από Νότια Αφρική πολύ καλό, και το λευκό (Γερμανικό ρίσλινγκ) επίσης καλό."

Μειονεκτήματα: "But we waited tilll 12.30pm still flight took off at 14.00 and arrive in Dubai at 23.50pm instead of 22.30pm person went home who suppose to pick me up. I got to the place I was staying at 01.39am which was very uncomfortable. I will never fly again with Lufthansa Airline it use to like British Airways but definitely they have lost the customer touch."

I approached first stewardess, she was very unpleasant and she told me that I had to go to the back of the plane, the one in the back of the plane was unpleasant too, she told me she was out of nose drops, did not offer me any additional assistance and told me I better consider not traveling if I have ear problem. Very poor service."
