Πλεονεκτήματα: Great price, nice car and friendly staff.

Μειονεκτήματα: Return drop off was not marked. Drove around the rental car area three times, finally saw someone to ask. When i arrived at the counter the attendant asked for the keys, which according to the lot attendant I was to leave in the car. The counter attendant could not find the car and had to ask again where I had left the car.

Πλεονεκτήματα: The price was great and the folks at the counter were so friendly. It was very easy to find the vehicle in the lot as well.

Πλεονεκτήματα: The rental counter what literally steps away from baggage claim and the clerk had everything ready. I was finished just a moment after my son pick up the baggage.

Quick service, pick of cars, easy return

Πλεονεκτήματα: The cars were parked right outside the door. The agent said what cars were available and gave me my choice of three different ones. The car was clean, low miles, and had a full tank of gas. Simple enough, but increasingly not a given with other rental companies. Oh, and their price was the lowest available.

Μειονεκτήματα: They ask you to self-report your milage upon return, which I am never going to remember to do.

They saved me from myself

Πλεονεκτήματα: I was careless with the dates and long story short almost reserved the car for two weeks instead of three days! Fortunately the lady at the desk pointed out the mistake and we were able to get the right dates (there may have been a $10 charge for this but that's better than cancelling me altogether). New, clean car. Hassle free.
