Πλεονεκτήματα: it ran.
Μειονεκτήματα: WAS NOT a BMW equivalent as advertised. 210,000 mile, old, no horn, dirty, tire low on air, 1/4 tank of gas at pickup...expect a response from you Payless because I GOT LESS.

Πλεονεκτήματα: it ran!
Μειονεκτήματα: Car was old & dirty, horn did not work, only had 1/4 tank of gas at pickup, a tire was low on air, wasn't really the BMW or equivalent. I would not do that again and KAYAK being a part of that does not represent you well. I would expect some type of refund. OH and it had over 210,000 km on it.

Πλεονεκτήματα: Nothing. Never ever rent a car from Payless again.
Μειονεκτήματα: Everything. We have never experienced such an impolite customer service. Not to mention when we went to pick up the car the office was closed.. We had to return the next and change our plans but we didnt get even an apolozige. They just asked what we want from them, a hug? This should never happen.

Μειονεκτήματα: flight got delayed by 4 hours, the car was not available when i went to pick it up, and no other options were available. Very poor costumer service

Μειονεκτήματα: Car was old & dirty, horn did not work, only had 1/4 tank of gas at pickup, a tire was low on air, wasn't really the BMW or equivalent. I would not do that again and KAYAK being a part of that does not represent you well. I would expect some type of refund. OH and it had over 210,000 km on it.
