Μειονεκτήματα: They are snakes. They attempted to charge me for existing damage to the vehicle that was already clearly marked on the damage for when I accepted the vehicle. Complete bs! Beware!!

Μειονεκτήματα: I made my reservation online, when I went to find my vehicle at the time and date indicated, Thrifty had no vehicles available, the customer service was heavy and showed a lot of indifference to me, he just kept talking on the phone with his friends and not attending to the clients.

Μειονεκτήματα: In the web never said anything about additional insurance, car they gave had no brakes, gave us another one it was worse they never checked the car, i had to point out lots of dents and scratches ciggarette burns loose bumper, but in the return they even had a flash light to check the smallest scratches. Found one little scratch want to charge me for it.

Visa not accepted everywhere

Πλεονεκτήματα: They wouldn't accept my visa credit card because they claim that the numbers weren't embossed. Mind you I went down the road to another rental company and they took my card put a piece of paper over it and with the bottom of a pen were able to get the credit card numbers to appear. Now I know we all learned how to do that in kindergarten, they must've skipped that year at Thrifty. Guess I'll never rent from them again.

How can you make a reservation for a car and then

Μειονεκτήματα: We went to Mexico City, when we arrived at 9:30 pm we were told that our reservation for a car was not valid because they had ran out of cars. The agent was not helpful and just shrugged her shoulders and said she couldn't do anything about it. When we asked for referrals to other agencies, she said she didn't know of anyone else. How can we trust Thrifty again to make a reservation and know feel secure that this won't happen again? We ended up having to go to a different company which turned out to be a scam and we ended up renting a car for almost double the price Thrifty quoted and it was off of the airport premises through a small agency. This took us many hours and we didn't get to our hotel until well after midnight. At this point, we have decided to never utilize Thrifty again for car rental purposes.
