Μειονεκτήματα: Shuttle to LAX was ridiculous long wait, over an hour, while watching other rental shuttles go by.

Πλεονεκτήματα: The staff immediately informed me there’d be a problem with my pickup—a 45-min wait—which allowed me to make alternate plans. I really appreciated it.

Μειονεκτήματα: Unless there was a fluke, knowing in advance pickup times aren’t going to be realistic would’ve been nice/ I spent $100 over budget at a competitor because by then I had no other options and was in a time crunch.

Μειονεκτήματα: Unable to contact anyone from pick-up location. All calls transferred to corporate. Corporate didn’t even have the number for individual locations.

Check the gas gauge!

Μειονεκτήματα: Car had not been cleaned or gassed up when I picked it up. I returned it with more gas than what was in it, but they still charged me $60 for not returning it full. Now I have to jump through hoops to send them my gas receipts so they will reverse the charge. Not a very customer friendly attitude given the car was dirty and had not been serviced.

No Vehicle

Μειονεκτήματα: We made prior a reservation for a car rental at Dollar only to arrive at the scheduled pickup time and be told that no car was available. We had to wait over an hour at the airport before a car became available. The Dollar representative would did not offer us an alternative vehicle. Called the corporate number and was told a representative would contact us within 2 hours, never receives a call. Poor customer service.
