Πλεονεκτήματα: Rented car through kayak and had a check box for insurance. But turned out that the insurance was not through the car rental co. Not some 3rd party
Μειονεκτήματα: I will be careful now and add the Insurace At the company site. Don’t fall for this.

Πλεονεκτήματα: The staff was very helpful and friendly at pick up and return. The car was very clean and, because the staff had recommended a slightly larger car due to the bad weather, safe.
Μειονεκτήματα: I have nothing negative to say.

Πλεονεκτήματα: Ease of maming reservation, ease of picking car up
Μειονεκτήματα: I didnt want the car insurance after I made reservation. and was kind of a hassle to cancel...nothing to do with the car rental place though..

Nice & Easy II
Πλεονεκτήματα: Same as in Milwaukee - very attentive and quick. Pleasant and professional.
Μειονεκτήματα: Again, nothing recommended for changing. All went better than expected and better than with previous car rentals at other providers. Thank YOU. I'll be back.

First Rental
Πλεονεκτήματα: Being able to pick up the car on Sunday evening.
Μειονεκτήματα: Not being able to extend the contract and having to turn the car in.

Πλεονεκτήματα: Great customer service, free upgrade and nice reliable comfortable car.
Μειονεκτήματα: I wish car/booster seats were not so expensive to rent with the car so I didn't have to bring mine along.

Πλεονεκτήματα: This vehicle was very spacious. I had no problem driving it up and down hills...thx for the great experience.

Πλεονεκτήματα: They didn't have the car I reserved and I wasn't happy with what they were going to give me, sonhe upgraded me for only 15 bucks. Was very happy!!! Very courteous and friendly service!

Horrible experience and customer service
Μειονεκτήματα: Was unable to rent car because no where in my reservation did it say to bring a major credit card. So since I was 2 1/2 hours from home and I was headed south 11 more hours. I had no time to turn around. Had to take my own car. Thank goodness it made it. Called twice to complain and have yet to get a call or email back. Extremely poor customer service. They don't deserve even 1 star.
