Great service!
Πλεονεκτήματα: Service was 5 star, even though I would prefer a car, not SUV, I understand that it is a smaller airport/city. People were very good and helpful.

Take me to the cleaners!!
Πλεονεκτήματα: Alamo rep messed up the dates so we got a free day!
Μειονεκτήματα: Car was clean, upon inspection, so i thought! But 4 days later I found an empty Beer can under the drivers seat. Very discouraging!

Μειονεκτήματα: Excessive fees. Price tripled the advertised price.

Πλεονεκτήματα: The overall experience was pretty great. The vehicle was clean and in perfect condition. It was fairly easy to pick up and drop off.
Μειονεκτήματα: The only negative to the experience was the very long wait to pick up the vehicle. There was only one counter person and about 12 people in line so I waited about 30 minutes to pick up the vehicle. Also the vehicle did not come with a navigation system therefore I had to use a lot of data on my phone to get around.

Μειονεκτήματα: I arrived a 1/2 hour early and when I checked bill it was almost double the quote. When I enquired they said because of half hour the computer charged weekly rate. They changed but I feel the attendant should have notice difference.

Can’t rate anything on my rental because it wasn’t there when I arrive
Μειονεκτήματα: Made a reservation 2 days prior to reservation date Paid for it in full Arrived to find hertz closed and car wasn’t even available they rented it out to someone else and put me on waiting list stating it’s first come first serve Really????

Μειονεκτήματα: I rented a small car but has to take an SUV which I did not want. I was doing a lot of travel for business and the cost of gas was higher due to this.

Μειονεκτήματα: We were almost stranded at Moncton airport on Christmas eve due to misinformation regarding our rental that left us scrambling to figure out a solution. On top of that, after all was said and done the rental ended up costing over $300 for how long we had it (52hrs total). A huge headache all around

Πλεονεκτήματα: I ended up getting a Volkwagen Jetta, which is a great car.
Μειονεκτήματα: They tried to make me rent a 7 passenger van when I had ordered a standard car, even though there were some in the parking lot. I had to go back the next day to get the supervisor to get me the car I ordered. No one was at the Moncton Airport counter when I brought the car back. We were told that the airport counter would open at 10:30. By 10:50, no one had shown up & I had to catch my flight. GPS is a rip-off @ $25-$30 a day. Luckily I was able to buy a low-end one at the Dieppe Canadian tire on sale for $45.
