Πλεονεκτήματα: The staff was very friendly and efficient both at pickup and drop off.
Μειονεκτήματα: When we picked up the car the staff person assisting us did the processing outside at the car. This would be OK in nice weather but it was raining when we picked up. Suggest that the procedure be done as much undercover as possible when weather is bad.

Πλεονεκτήματα: Pick up was easy. Customer service was impeccable. Value for money was excellent. And the drop off was simple and quick. Will DEFINITELY use Enterprise again whenever we travel overseas.

Μειονεκτήματα: Gross goo on drivers seat wasn't cleaned before I rented- was in a hurry so took it- rented for longer time since family member end of life- badgered day after re rent to return car-

Heathrow Enterprise rental
Πλεονεκτήματα: It's so easy to rent at Heathrow Enterprise- the bus picks me up on street level and drives me and my bags to the enterprise rental agency- less than a 4 minute drive AND the drivers are always personable.

Excellent customer service, no wait time.
Πλεονεκτήματα: Personnel were very customer focused and thier goal was to get you in the car and on your way to your destination. Return of car and transport to airport was the quickest and easiest we have experienced at any major airport.

Car condition poor and difficult
Μειονεκτήματα: The car had 30,000 miles and was covereved in small dents and scratches. I questioned this with the rep. Who was helpful and she used a small plastic template stating only large damage is considered material. However when i rerurned the car a different rep started examining every tiny scratch with NO TEMPLATE in sight. I looked after the car and all the damage was on there. After some arguing she agreed. But i will not fo back, ill use Sixt where you get none of this rubbish and much newer cars.

Required to keep the parcel cover in the car
Πλεονεκτήματα: Car was in great shape, clean, and large enough to hold everyone comfortably. The Heathrow shuttle was big enough to carry us and all our bags and was ready to go when we were. Signing the rental agreement and returning went quickly
Μειονεκτήματα: The car we rented (Ford S-Max) had seats for 7 people. We needed six seats and planned on folding the other one down for our bags. However, the car also has a parcel cover, which is fairly long (about four feet) and goes right where the head of the back row passenger sits. I asked Enterprise if we could leave it behind in the office because it would take up too much room or be in the way. They refused to let us do that, and said it had to stay with the car. It meant the back seat passenger had this bar/ luggage cover in their lap for most of our trip. I mentioned this to the agent when returning the car, and he gave me his contact info and said he would ensure we get an upgrade if we ever rent there again.

Easy rental for first time in the UK
Πλεονεκτήματα: When we arrived we realized the reserved vehicle would be too small, but Delina quickly proposed an alternative solution, and also suggested a GPS unit that was much more useful than our smartphone. A great week of traveling around the UK - thanks Enterprise & Kayak!
