Όλα πήγαν πολύ καλά. Τίποτα άλλο.
Να είναι στην ώρα της η πτήση. Μεγάλη αναστάτωση δίχως λόγο.
Η παραλαβή αποσκευών είχε μεγάλη καθυστέρηση. Παρέλαβα την βαλίτσα μου μετά από 35 λεπτά αναμονής.

My arguments that I do not need any visa was not even listened. They were too lazy even to call to Moscow to specify the rules. 6 hours later they bought for me ticket for Aeroflot to SVO with Aegean cash with their excuses, but I lost my plans including two meetings in Moscow anyway."

Boarding was easy and the crew was very nice and helpful throughout the flight. I was glad that they served a small meal - food was good...we're not talking about a restaurant meal. Seats were good and just wish there was some in-flight entertainment."

Instead, they had someone waiting for us when we got off of the flight and someone to run all 11 of us through the airport to the plane. Aegean held the flight because they knew 11 people from the Santorini flight were coming."

When I asked the stewardess whether that meant that our bags were going to make the flight she said she'd have to check. She never came back. I then asked a second girl and she said that she'd have to check and she never came back. I finally asked again before landing and she supposedly went and asked someone and came back and said yes they made it. Got to baggage claim - no bags. We had another flight to catch back to the states, so we didn't have time to figure out the situation. We spent the next three days frantically calling Aegean, to no avail. Their customer service either wouldn't answer or would tell us to call London Heathrow lost and found, who wouldn't answer. Eventually, Delta found our bags and had to work with Lufthansa and their own boots on the ground at LHR to find the bags and get them back to us."

The replacement flights I again missed because American couldn't find anyone to give the travel voucher to an airport an hour away for the replacement flight they booked. I've never seen a more consistently incompetent company."

The gate that i arrived to my connection flight was around 26 min away. I have a condition on my leg and i cannot run, so i walked really fast through the airport and I was so happy to see that they were waiting for my delayed flight... which is very unusual. Thank you!!!!"

I really had a very good experience with American and though they tend to be more expensive they seem to be worth it in terms of comfort and amenities. I wondered if this was some way to avoid paying taxes by funneling an US registered corporation fees through a Spanish registered corporation. It didn't make sense to me. Χρεωθηκαμε 55 ευρώ το άτομο για καθυστέρηση 15 λεπτών για το check in, κ ενώ προσπαθουσαμε να κάνουμε 7 ώρες πριν, από την εφαρμογή της Ryanair που είχε κολλήσει. Το ίδιο σκηνικό κ στην μετάβαση κ στην επιστροφή. Το προσωπικό στο check in απαράδεκτο κ στην εξυπηρέτηση κ στην συμπεριφορά, υποτίθεται ότι είναι εκεί για να κάνουν βοηθούν τους επιβάτες σε οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα κ όχι να ειρωνεύονται κ να αποποιούνται κάθε ευθύνη.
Απλά απαράδεκτη η τακτική της εταιρείας κ το ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα σχετικά με τις επιβιβασεις κ τα check in. Η εφαρμογή για τα check in κολλάει συνεχώς κ για πολλές ώρες κ δεν σε αφήνει να τα πραγματοποιήσεις στην ώρα τους ώστε να σε χρεώσουν κάρτες επιβίβασης, ούτε 10 ούτε 20 άλλα 55 ευρώ το άτομο παρακαλώ!!!
Είχαμε αρκετή ώρα αναμονής στη φυσούνα , πριν από την είσοδο στο σκάφος , αυτό θα μπορούσε να είχε αποφευχθεί με καλύτερη συνεννόηση από τους υπαλλήλους διότι μέσα στους επιβάτες υπήρχαν πολλά μικρά παιδιά ...
Αν μπορούσαμε να μεταφέρουμε έστω κάποια περισσότερα πράγματα

Μειονεκτήματα: "Employee was unprofessional. Yelling telling me to hurry to pay my baggage fees. Ran across and paid. Went back to him as he yelled again saying they didn't charge my check in fee. Had to run back and pay for what they didnt charge me the first time. He was yelling the entire time to hurry because I was going to miss my flight which was their fault for being extremely disorganized. Never again."
Μειονεκτήματα: "I only took the flight from Mykonos to Athens. It wasn't clear as to what terminal to board the flight. No one gave instructions on which line to check the luggage between Ryanair and Aegean. It was a mess. All the passengers were so confused."
