They then said we were no shows and cancelled all our remaining flights with no refund. This ended up costing us around $3000. We don't have this kind of money and I don't know how we will pay rent next month."

Why not board parents with children first, regardless of boarding group?? Especially those of us who were traveling with babies/toddlers. Air Canada can do better. Disappointed."

Μειονεκτήματα: "While the plane was circling in a holding pattern our luggage was left out in the snow for over an hour. My one bag was wet when I got it and my other bag didn't arrive. And because there were no Air Canada workers at the desk in Philly no one could tell me where my bag was. It was a very stressful end to a long series of flights."

Paramedics boarded the plane when we landed, I assume it's nothing serious but would be nice to hear from air Canada to confirm. Other than this unfortunate event ... everything was great starting with the staff at the ticket counter."
Πλεονεκτήματα: "Flight from STL to YYZ was unremarkable, which isn't a bad thing when it comes to air transportation. Bit of a delay leaving, waiting for de-icing trucks to show up and do their work, but I'm not sure that's Air Canada's fault."
Μειονεκτήματα: "The post office lost my passport and I was unable to go on this flight. Customer service was unwilling to provide a solution that did not cost thousands of dollars to rebook and see my family for Christmas."
Πλεονεκτήματα: "Great entertainment options! The in-flight headrest monitor was great. It had USB ports to charge your phone while you had plenty of options to choose to watch. Wish my flight was longer so I could finish the movie I started."

Μειονεκτήματα: "On our flight from Toronto to Barbados a flight attendant named Miranda was so incredibly rude. She was not helpful and would not even styamptt o smile. I could not believe how she treated the passengers. Our airplane was dirty and on both flights I found food in the pouch on the pack of the seat in front of me. There was no food served and when I asked for a hot tea when the beverage cart came around miranda gave me cold water. Not impressed st all."

BTW seems like Air Canada was just opening at 4am, so there were huge lines for checkin but no people were attending the Air Canada counters. THen at about 4:30 they all started coming out. For a 6am flight ppl are supposed to be there 2 hours before. I usually don't feel nauseated on planes but I did for this ride."
